Access is prohibited from OFAC-sanctioned countries.

You are responsible for complying with your own local, state, and federal laws.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

UBL is not a licensed financial advisor, and reliance on our content is at your own risk.

3. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

All fees are due at purchase and processed through Stripe or other designated providers.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew until canceled.

Unauthorized chargebacks are a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension and collection of losses.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

UBL may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (courses, PDFs, videos, branding, and materials) is owned by UBL.

You are granted a limited, personal license for private use only.

You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any content without written permission.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

UBL may reference or recommend third-party exchanges, wallets, or protocols.

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding third-party services.

You access third-party services at your own risk.

7. TECHNOLOGY & COMPATIBILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

UBL is not responsible for outages, downtime, or compatibility issues.

Technology evolves, and updates may affect access.

8. CONSULTING & EVENTS

Consulting sessions are covered by a separate Consulting Waiver & Release.

Live events are covered by a separate Event Waiver & Release.

Recording or sharing any content is prohibited without written consent.

9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If user contributions are allowed, UBL may moderate, remove, or ban content at our discretion.

We disclaim liability for content posted by others.

10. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Testimonials and examples represent exceptional results and are not typical.

We make no guarantees of financial success.

Your portfolio may lose its entire value.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UBL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability is capped at the amount paid to UBL in the last six (6) months.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UBL, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services.

13. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico.

Disputes must be resolved by binding arbitration in San Juan, PR, with remote participation allowed if agreed.

No class actions. No jury trials.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

UBL is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

15. UPDATES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time, with immediate effect.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

16. SURVIVAL OF PROVISIONS

Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law & Arbitration, and Confidentiality (if applicable) shall survive termination.

17. SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UBL.
